To Provide the Service: Your uploaded images, documents, and text are used exclusively to perform the transcription and paraphrasing services you request. We do not store your uploaded files or text content on our servers after processing is complete.

To Maintain and Improve Our Service: We analyze anonymous usage data to understand how our service is being used, which helps us fix bugs and develop new features.

3. Data Security and Storage

We take your data security seriously. All communication with our services is encrypted using SSL/TLS. As stated above, the content you upload for processing is not retained on our systems. Account information and form submissions are stored securely within our Firebase database, protected by industry-standard security rules.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Google AI for our transcription and paraphrasing features. Content you submit is sent to Google's generative AI models for processing. We also use Firebase for authentication and database services. These third-party services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
